Braided Ponytail Hairstyle
Section out the front portion of hair to be braided. Smooth and style the rest of your hair to keep it out of the way of the braid. Braid the front portion of hair and then put the braided hair around the ponytail base. Use hairspray to smooth any fly-aways.
Low Knotted Ponytail
Pull your hair back, ensuring it is completely smooth and sitting right at the nape of your neck. Divide your hair from the middle and tie the two sections into a knot tightly. Use bobby pins to secure and hairspray to smooth any fly-aways.
Full Volume Ponytail
This is an upgraded ponytail that can be created on curly and straight hair texture. Creating two ponytails – one at the bottom and one at the top offers longer layers and fuller bodies for your ponytail. First, smooth or curl your hair as desired. Tease the top section for volume and pull it into a ponytail. Style the lower section and pull into a ponytail as high or low as you would like.

Great ponytail for longer hair. Tease the top section hair for natural volume and style it into a pony. Wrap a strand of hair around the pony to hide the band. Pull the lower section hair into another ponytail. Repeat the steps until until your ponytail is styled.

Section out the top hair and divide the rest hair into two even parts. Back comb the top section to tease and fix with pins. Cross the lower two sections loosely. Use bobby pins to secure it.
